Our operations are conducted in compliance with the Statement of Rights and Statement of Principles under the Aged Care Act 2024
The Statement of Rights include the right for every individual to have:
- independence, autonomy, empowerment and freedom of choice
- equitable access
- quality and safe funded aged care services
- respect for privacy and information
- person-centred communication and the ability to raise issues without reprisal
- advocates, significant persons and social con nections.
The Statement of Principles provides guidance on the workings of the aged care system:
- a person-centred aged care system
- an aged care system that values workers and carers
- a transparent and sustainable aged care system that represents value for money
- an aged care system that continues to grow
Therefore you will be assured the services you will be receiving are tailored to your needs, be respectful and are completed within your rights.
Our Locations.
We are predominantly servicing the following Sydney regions; Inner West to Western including Nepean, Northern to North West and Ryde.

Giving back to the Community
We realise the importance in creating a society goodwill and a friendly bond in the community where we work and live in harmony. Therefore, we graciously convert our spare time and resources by volunteering and committing to community projects.
Our charity work contributes to various projects such as helping victims of bush fires and floods, children with disability and domestic violence.
